Closed to arrivals and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Let us know if the appointment times are difficult and we'll do our best to help.
Our luxury chalets take up to two cats and our family chalets take up to four — but only cats from the same household can be housed together.
Food, bedding and heating are all included, so there's nothing you need to bring — except your cat's usual food if they're on a prescription diet.
Yes, viewings are welcome by appointment during our opening hours — just get in touch to arrange a time.
Yes, prescription diets can be maintained if you bring the food with you, and we're happy to discuss any medication your cat needs during their stay.
We're open for arrivals, departures and viewings by appointment, 9am–11am and 4pm–6pm, every day. Let us know if those times are difficult and we'll do our best to help.
We're closed to arrivals and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
