Simple, daily pricing

Pricing is per day, per chalet, and scales with how many cats from your household are sharing — so a family of four cats works out at £24 a day between them, not £9 each. Every price includes food, heating, bedding and the same standard of daily care regardless of which chalet your cat stays in.
Food (wet or dry, matched to your cat's needs), heating, bedding and two daily visits for feeding, cleaning and a check-in — all built into the price, with nothing extra to add on.
You're charged for the full day your cat arrives, and for the departure day too if collection is after 11am. Drop-off and collection are by appointment, 9am–11am or 4pm–6pm.
We ask for a minimum stay of three days. If you're only away for a night or two, it's worth checking with us directly — we're happy to talk it through.
Payment is taken prior to collection, by cash, cheque or BACS transfer. We'll confirm the total when your dates are booked in.
Before your cat's first stay, we'll ask you to complete a short registration form and read through our conditions of acceptance — both available on our Terms page, along with our current Animal Welfare licence.
